- Under the “General” tab, click on the "Accessibility" button near the lower right of the window.
- Under "Formatting" check the box labeled "Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages."
- Click "OK."
- You will return to the Internet Options box; click "OK" there also.
- You will now be back in your browser window. Go to the top of your browser and click on "View."
- Then click on "Text Size" from the drop down box.
- Click on a size larger or smaller than the one where the little dot is.
Note: Making these adjustments will affect all websites you view, not just the accessHR Site. You can put things back the way they were by unchecking the box that was checked under the Accessibility button found under the General tab on the Internet Options menu.
